The TAPS location on 4/14 is at Madison Blinds! If you don't know already it is a rooftop restaurant atop the Graduate Madison Hotel which was built less then a year ago.  It offers views of the capitol building and Lake Mendota.  The Graduate Madison Hotel is situated right off State Street across from the Hub.  TAPS will start immediately after the Arts Showcase, so come enjoy the view with classmates and incoming students.
